SILVER Combi Machines

SILVER punch-laser machine combines a last generation punching machine and an integrated fiber laser in a fully servo-electric system.

The optic fiber source has a high energy efficency, offering lower power consumption, lower maintenance requirements and subsequent lower cost per part.

The combination of these two technologies, punch and laser, gives high flexibility and takes advantage of the profits that each process offers:

  • Ideal for parts that combine large number of holes and forms, with the ability to profile irregular contours.
  • Possibility of cutting formed surfaces at different heights.

Due to the wavelength, a wider range of materials can be processed, high reflective materials such as aluminum and cooper can be cut.

Its offered in two sizes depending on the axis travel: SILVER 30 and SILVER 40.

Designed with a modular concept Danobat machines incorporate a number of standard and optional features. The optional equipments are offered according to the requirements of each customer.
